Remote Reiki is a form of energy healing that works by channeling universal energy to someone, regardless of physical distance. Remote Reiki sessions are generally similar to in-person Reiki sessions, but instead of lying on a table with a practitioner physically present, you would typically lie down in a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax. It’s best to be in a space free from distractions, so you can fully focus on the healing experience. Before the session begins, the practitioner will contact you & ask you some questions about your physical or emotional state and any specific issues you’d like to address. The practitioner will remind you to relax. Lie down, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and focus on releasing any tension. They will speak to you again once the session is over to discuss how the session went. The practitioner will then focus their intention on sending healing energy to you.

60 Minute Remote Reiki Session

These sessions are a form of energy work that works with a focus on the endocrine system. It is a very quiet and peaceful session much like reiki. The practitioners' hands are often a few inches above the body. The practitioner is working with the body to help bring a balance within the body, mind and spirit.

Tailored Questions: During the consultation, the Aromatherapist will ask you a series of questions about your current lifestyle, health goals, and any specific issues or concerns you may have. Whether you’re dealing with stress, poor sleep, physical discomfort, or emotional imbalances, the Aromatherapist will listen to your needs and use that information to create a personalized plan for you.
Custom Product Recommendations: Based on your responses, the Aromatherapist will suggest a variety of natural products, including essential oils and blends, to support your specific needs. With our consultation times we will create individual plans that can work for you and your family. We will educate you on why it is important to eat certain foods and why you should avoid others. We will discover what foods work for you and which you should avoid. Not all foods and beverages are bad they just need to be used in moderation or proper balance. Menu Plans, cooking instructions, supplements, lifestyle choices and education in holistic nutrition will be covered in these sessions.
