A patch test is where a small amount of the product is placed either behind the ear or the forearm a minimum of 24hrs prior to your appointment booking to ensure that you have no reaction to the products before it is used during the appointment. It is a legal requirement that a patch test is carried out and your treatment will not go ahead if a patch test has not been completed!
