I love going to see Pip because she makes the whole experience comfortable. She talks if you want to talk, she goes off how you feel and what you want each session. She makes me feel so much better after her massages. She has really reasonable prices for the sessions she has. 

Pip is fantastic. I’ve been going to her on and off since she’s been open, and every time is better than the last. Everything from her demeanour to the ambience of the room just makes the relaxation experience amazing. Can’t recommend Pip enough to anyone to will listen. She goes from your cues, whether you want to have a silent session, or one full of laughs. Will be continuing to see Pip until either one of us leaves.

This session is all about deep relaxation.  We will only be focusing on your neck, upper shoulders and head.   Lying on your back on the table, I will use a relaxation massage oil and different techniques to reduce neck, head & shoulder tension and create deep relaxation with a combination of shoulder holds, head holds and head massage.    We finish with a lovely facial massage.  We will focus on some breath work to get truly present and I will also incorporate the use of healing frequency music so you will walk away feeling lighter and more relaxed.
