Seated massage is perfect for people who have trouble lying down on a table or just prefer to be seated. We don't use oil and you don't have to remove clothing.

Seated massage is designed to focus on back, neck, shoulders and arms.  Areas that are commonly affected when sitting down for long periods.   It helps to ease muscle tension and it can also help improve posture.

Enjoy a rejuvenating and tailored massage to ease tension and soothe muscles.  Take time to switch off from the everyday stresses of life and emerge feeling renewed, refreshed, and invigorated. 

With fascia unwinding we will connect into the fascial system of the body while taking a deeper immersion into our senses and intuition.  I use a series of gentle holds in different areas of the body.  You remain fully clothed and we don’t use oil.  This is a different approach to providing relief and healing.   Slowly and gently we create awareness of what is happening within the body, whether that be subtle or more profound. 

Fascia Unwinding

These two fantastic modalities combine to create an experience that embodies an holistic experience to release and unwind.    We start the session with massage and end with fascia unwinding.

Fascia Unwinding & Massage

Combining the worlds of coaching and fascia unwinding is to fully embody the healing process.   Our mind has a huge impact on our body and when we don't release stress, worries and trauma this can impact us physiologically.   While I am using fascia unwinding techniques, we will talk through obstacles and barriers that are currently holding you back.  I am a certified coach and use different modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy to work through what you are experiencing to create healing and growth.  This is a true immersion into the body mind connection.
