Indian Head Massage

Experience 45 minutes of aromatherapy massage to your back, neck and shoulders.  Individually chosen blend of 100% pure essential oils with a suitable carrier oil are used to leave you feeling relaxed, energised or both. 
Always following a consultation on your current health and wellbeing, to help inform which essential oils may be best for todays treatment.


Back, neck and shoulders aromatherapy massage

Enjoy an hour of relaxing or uplifting aromatherapy massage. This can include your back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, abdomen, face and scalp massage. All following a lifestyle and clinical consultation to decide together which blend of essential oils, and a suitable carrier oil, aims to support your emotional and physical well-being via the absorption through your skin. Individual choices of essential oils can, for example, support your immune system, help sleep patterns, reduce aches and pains, as well as relaxing and balancing your whole body. Lymphatic drainage can help removal of toxins within the blood stream and interstitial tissue, aiming to leave you feeling energised, balanced and calm.
Only 100% pure essential oils are blended to create holistic treatments designed uniquely for you. 


Full body aromatherapy massage

Using hydrolats (orange or rose flower water) mixed with 100% natural kaolin clay we make a mask for your face aiming to cleanse and soothe. Following the application and gentle steam removal of the face mask, enjoy an aromatherapy massage to your face, scalp, neck and shoulders. Popular essential oils for use within the aromatherapy massage element include jasmine, lavender, rose, geranium or frankincense.
Please note this treatment can be just the massage part, if you do not wish to experience the clay mask element.

Holistic facial massage

Indulge in an hour of aromatherapy massage for your back, neck and shoulders, plus a facial aromatherapy massage, with a natural Kaolin clay facial mask mixed with rose or orange blossom water hydrolat. Bespoke blended essential oils to suit you individually.
You can opt to not have the clay mask part, and follow your back massage with a really relaxing facial / scalp massage with gorgeous scented essential oils if you choose. Popular oils used are geranium, jasmine, rose, sandalwood or frankincense.

Back, neck and shoulders aromatherapy massage with holistic facial

 A full body and facial aromatherapy massage aims to leave you feeling relaxed, energised and balanced throughout. As with the other treatments a full lifestyle and clinical consultation is made with you, along with your aroma preferences, for the unique blend of the 100% natural essential oils used in the massage. Full body aromatherapy can include your back, shoulders, arms, legs and abdomen if desired. The natural kaolin clay mask mixed with hydrolats (either rose or orange flower water) will give your face a treat followed by a face /scalp, neck and shoulder aromatherapy massage to complete your whole body aromatherapy experience, from top to toe.
