TRULY ORIGINAL TATTOOS Norah Harte-Hogan trained as a tattoo artist under the esteemed Beata Sech, in her studio Valkyria Tattoo Parlour in Portlaoise. Formerly a secondary school art teacher, with a BA in design and an MA in Modern & Contemporary Art History. Each tattoo design is custom designed for you so you can be confident that your body art is as unique as you are.
