Kinesio tape is a stretchy, moveable tape. The tape is best-suited for when you need a range of motion but want additional support. Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues. This is done by stimulating contractions of lymphatic vessels. Use of a light pressure is just enough pressure to gently stretch the skin as far as it naturally goes and then release the pressure. Post Op clients must be cleared by their surgeon prior to booking service. Belavita Wellness is not liable for impacts to healing or recovery. Lymphatic Stimulation Dry Brushing & Brush

Wraps (include massage) designed to improve the texture and appearance of the skin by helping to rid the body of excess fluids and toxins. Benefits of body wraps may include detoxification, boosting of the lymphatic system and metabolism, body contouring, temporary inch-loss, skin tightening, and skin softening. A body mask is applied as a thick paste or cream made from minerals, plants, fruits, oils, and other natural elements that detoxify and firm your skin by drawing out impurities and absorbing excess oil. It’s generously applied all over your body and left to dry for about 30 minutes. A nourishing oil is massaged into the limbs & torso before they are wrapped. Add on service to stretch and massage. The client does not need to undress to receive this service. Percussion therapy avoids the sternum, spine, and lower back organs. 10-minute hands-on time for focus areas of the body. 

Hypervolt Percussion Therapy Add On

Full Body aromatherapy combines the benefits of massage with the holistic benefits of scented essential oils or concentrated oils that are derived from various plants. Helping your body and your mind relax into a positive aroma experience. Variety is available. No additional hands-on time.



Aromatherapy- Essential Oil Add On

The healthy swinger machine provides is a simple exercise used for the legs while lying on your back. Does not apply any stress on the spine or other body parts. The gentle side-to-side rocking motion helps maintains a proper balance and oxygen supply to the body. A great and effective remedy for those with circulatory problems in the legs and feet. Regular use of this Relaxing massage movement stimulates your body and achieves relaxation and stress reduction. A sense of well-being arises from the swing action and is immediately noticeable. Reduces blocked chi energy in the body and allows a balanced flow of energy to move throughout the body. 10 minutes of use in addition to massage or stretch. 

Healthy Chi Swing Boost Add On

Massaging the scalp will enhance blood circulation and can even strengthen your follicles. Upon request Peppermint oil or Black castor oil. The omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids in black castor oil can improve the quality of thin and easily breakable hair. These acids will nourish the scalp and strengthen the hair roots as well as improve blood flow to the scalp, which in turn encourages new hair growth. 10 minutes of hands-on time during your service. 

Scalp Stimuli oil & aroma Add On

Application of wax layers to your hand then wrapped in plastic. Hands are placed in a mitt or placed in a towel for 15 to 20 minutes to retain heat and soften cuticles and skin. This soft wax a form of heat therapy increases blood flow, relaxes muscles, and decreases joint stiffness. Paraffin wax can also minimize muscle spasms and inflammation as well as treat sprains in the hands. Unscented available upon request.

A hand scrub is a treatment in which the hands are exfoliated with a scrub followed by hot towels and moisturizer. Includes hand massage.
