Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

Deep Tissue Back and Legs Massage 

A stand alone treatment that can be followed by a massage. Dry Needling is used to release or inactivate 'trigger points' to relieve pain and improve range of motion. Electrical Stimulation can be used during the second treatment onward to intensify the response. Acupuncture needles are placed in trigger points and areas of knotted or muscle tightness, so any conditions where muscle pain or tightness is an issue, could benefit. Two sessions of half and hour each can be booked if there is a larger area that needs treating.

Ultrasound is a specialised method of therapy that uses mechanical energy to promote the healing process.
It can be used as a way to manage or relieve pain, treat injuries, and improve your ability to perform daily activities. 
Some common conditions that ultrasound helps treat include, but are not limited to:
* Sprains, strains, and tears
* Frozen shoulder
* Bursitis
* Arthritis
* Tendinitis
* Muscle spasms
Ultrasound treatments help to relieve pain, increase blood flow, reduce swelling and inflammation, and promote tissue healing.
By doing so, it is able to successfully treat and reduce the painful symptoms of multiple conditions.

Active bleeding tissue 
Local circulatory insufficiency 

Therapeutic Ultrasound

Combined with Dry Needling, Cupping and/or Massage, I will use  the Ultrasound to work on a specific area of concern. These treatments will be enhance by the benefits of the Ultrasound therapy.

Therapeutic Ultrasound added on to any treatment (this will add 15mins onto your treatment time) 

One area of Dry Needling included within your massage to offer a deeper treatment to a specific area of concern. Minimum of an 45+ minute massage. Multiple areas can be booked within a massage. Aimed at enhancing pain reduction and increase range of movement. Acupuncture needles are placed in trigger points and areas of knotted or muscle tightness, so any conditions where muscle pain or tightness is an issue, could benefit. Two or more areas can be booked to be treated within a massage sessions if needed.

Dry Needling added on to a Massage (book with any massage 45+ minutes)

Cupping pulls blood to a region to stimulate healing, reduce inflammation, aids in stretching tight fascia and muscles increasing relaxation and well-being, develops new blood flow and reduces pain. Cupping can be used over areas that cannot be deeply massaged such as the spine, kidney area and abdominal area aiding conditions such as IBS.

Cupping

Used in conjunction with massage, cupping pulls blood to a region to stimulate healing, reduce inflammation, aids in stretching tight fascia and muscles increasing relaxation and well-being, develops new blood flow and reduces pain. 

Cupping added on to any Massage or a Dry Needling treatment 

Including an Indian Head massage and face massage this will relax and invigorate you from head to toe. Starting with the back, then the legs, feet, hands and arms finishing with a half hour head and face massage. 

Head to Toe Therapeutic Massage 

Deep Tissue Back Massage 

This massage includes the back, legs, feet, hands and arms.  A classic massage that promotes relaxation by releasing muscle tension. This is gentler than Deep Tissue massage and better suited to those seeking relaxation and tension relief.
