Hi! I’m Kate (Ecaterina), a semi-permanent makeup artist. For the past 5+ years I have been providing a safe Lip Blush and Lip Neutralization (dark lips correction, dark lips lightening) to over thousands of clients. Over the years i have been able to determine what’s best for each of my clients, based on their skin tone and skin texture. Lip neutralization /lip blush is a semi-permanent tattoo, which we perform by using a cosmetic tattoo machine and water-based inks. The result will leave a soft colour that can enhance your lip symmetry and cover uneven pigmentation or paleness.
