Facial and Dermaplane

Deep tissue massage is a form of massage therapy that focuses on restoring deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is particularly helpful for treating chronic aches and pains, sports injuries, strains, contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders. The therapy involves applying a concentrated pressure through slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of the muscles and connective tissue.

The LED mask can be used to compliment a facial such as dermaplaning and microdermabrasion or as a standalone treatment. Each treatment is tailored to each client’s specific skincare needs.

Depending on the desired results a series of between 4 to 8 treatments is recommended every 7-14 days. The effects of a carboxy mask facial are cumulative – with every subsequent treatment improving the results of the previous one. Similar to traditional Basalt Stones, Himalayan Salt Stones can be used over the entire body. Not only does it deliver superb thermotherapy, Himalayan salt is known to contain 84 trace minerals. A body wrap is a salon or spa treatment experience that can also be called a body ‘cocoon’. It begins with exfoliation removing all the dead skin cells. I will use a branded scrub to make sure the skins surface is clean and ready for lotions to sink into the skin deeper.
Session 1-3 - once every week
Session 4-5 - once every 2 weeks
Session 6 - once every 4 weeks
It is then recommended to receive the treatment once every 1-4 months as maintenance

Body wrap

A body scrub is like an exfoliating facial of the body. It leaves the skin smooth and soft by deep exfoliation and with the use of oils rehydrating the layers of skin.

The amount of treatments required depends on the desired result wanted by the client. You must allow at least 12 hours between treatments.

Recommend once a week for a month, then it can be reduced to twice a month and then maintenance scrubs every 6-8 weeks.

Body scrub 

A bacial, short for “back facial,” is a spa or salon treatment that is designed specifically for the skin on the back. Similar to a facial, which is a skincare treatment for the face, a bacial focuses on exfoliating, cleansing, and moisturising the skin on the back, as well as providing relaxation and stress relief.
