What is hard gel? 

Hard gel is a nail enhancement similar to acrylic in the way you can extend the length of the nail except it cures in a UV light, it is hypoallergenic, meaning it is less likely than acrylic to trigger allergies. It is more flexible and stronger than acrylic, but it's not as hard. It can withstand greater pressure, and it is less likely to break or crack. Hard gel has better adhesion than acrylic however is nonporous which means it cannot be soaked off with acetone, it can only be filed off.

BIAB stands for builder in a bottle. It is a soft gel that adds strength to your natural nail. Can last 2-4 weeks.
