I had a lash tint with Elle today. I appreciated being able to book on short notice and the bed was comfortable. Elle was a pleasant lady but I was in and out in 10 minutes. No hand massage as advertised. My husband said “ what’s that black on both sides of your eyes” the dye had not been wiped off properly. Not the best brow tint I have had.

Hi Joanne Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the service didn’t meet your expectations. Our lash tint appointments are designed to be a quick treatment, however they should absolutely include all of the elements outlined in the service description, and we apologise if the hand massage was missed during your visit. Elle is new to the salon and so I do appreciate you letting us know that she forgot the hand massage so that we can ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also apologise if tint residue remained around the eye area following your appointment, as this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. In future, if you have any concerns on leaving the salon please don’t hesitate to pop back in or give us a call as we always want our clients to leave happy and we will work with you to fix any issues. Thank you again x

They look fine but for a $75 first appointment it was really just a basic 15 min wax/tint, not a signature brow shaping.

Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback. We have tried to reach out to you directly via email regarding this. We’re sorry to hear that your daughter’s service did not align with your expectations. We note that you have been for multiple brow visits in the past for yourself and we appreciate your loyalty. I have spoken with her brow artist who said for your daughter’s appointment, she completed a consultation beforehand and discussed the desired outcome. As her brows were already naturally symmetrical and the request was for them to be only slightly thinner, extensive brow mapping was not required. We do offer a brow tidy & tint for 16 and under for $45 which is likely more suitable for your daughter and we recommend booking that in future. We will also review our treatment menu to ensure that the brow treatment options are clear. Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback so we can continually improve our client experience.
