Beauty

Reiki is a beautiful healing energy treatment that can offer the client deep relaxation and help with physical, mental or emotional inbalances that may be affecting them. 
It is either hands off or gentle touch and offered fully clothed, making it very suitable for end of life or palliative care treatments too.
Chakra rebalancing, aura scanning and energy alignments are also incorporated in treatments if found to be needed.
Treatments are usually in person, but can be offered on a remote basis or in combination with massage.

Reiki 

This is a deeply relaxing massage that helps you release held tensions in the face that can contribute to creating lines and wrinkles as we age, reducing puffiness and smoothing the skin.  It also promotes blood flow and works on key acupressure points to help bring your body into balance.
Alongside the massage, I use jade rollers, gua sha and cupping to help move the lymph, reduce swelling and improve circulation to the tissues.

Option of 15 minutes under an infra red light after your massage to help enhance the effects of the facial massage.

Acupressure Facial Massage 

Chair massage can be offered at your business or place of work to support your employees well-being, or in the case of mobility issues, can be a good alternative to a treatment couch.
Chair massage is offered fully clothed on a specialist massage chair, which makes it a great option for work places without private spaces. Treatment times are generally shorter enabling you to reach the maximum amount of employees you can in a given time.  Also a great option for hen do's, well being fairs and sporting events.

Myofascial release is a specialist treatment that creates lasting change in your body's tissues.  This can be very helpful for chronic felt tightness in the body, chronic health conditions, postural imbalances, tension and anxiety. 
It can also play an important role in enabling you to let go of certain traumas stored in your body and fascia. 
I use a mixture of direct and indirect techniques to enable you to return your body to a position of ease.

Myofascial Release

Deep tissue massage is a fantastic option for aching muscles and tissues, addressing muscular and postural imbalances and creating ease and space in your body.  I employ a range of techniques to ensure effective and results driven treatments.

Deep Tissue Massage

Lava Shell massage is very similar to a hot stone massage except the shells are more ergonomic making them great tools in themselves to work around the crooks and creases of our bodies as well as generating a stronger and longer lasting heat, enabling a more fluid treatment.  For injury's, there is the option of working with both hot and cold stones to help facilitate healing in the tissues.
