The initial consultation is the starting point for all new clients. The relationship between therapist and client is an important factor in therapy and the initial consultation helps you to determine whether I am the right therapist for you. During this session, we will discuss your individual goals and how hypnotherapy may benefit you in achieving them.

A woman’s hormonal lifecycle can commonly result in emotional and physical symptoms that impact upon wellbeing. Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is rooted in neuroscience and combines elements of hypnotherapy and CBT to help clients fulfil their goals. Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on the solutions going forward, rather than analysing past problems. 

During follow-up sessions I will support you in setting clear and achievable goals each week, to proactively work towards achieving your desired outcome for therapy. Regular guided hypnosis (both in sessions and at home, with the audio provided), promotes relaxation and rewires negative thought patterns in the brain, allowing for powerful positive transformation to occur in the mind and body.
