30 Minute 'Power' Foot Reflexology

Reflexology using hot stones to give a slower, more deeply relaxing treatment. The heat of the stones, relaxes the muscles and tendons of the feet, allowing reflexes to be worked more clearly. Soothing and calming.

Hot Stone Reflexology

Foot Reflexology to help support you before and during pregnancy. Emphasis will be placed on the reproductive and hormone reflexes, although all the reflexes of the foot will be worked to give an overall holistic treatment. Ideal if you're trying to conceive or are already pregnant.

Maternity/Fertility Reflexology

Reflexology lymphatic drainage aims to reduce excess fluid in the body, whether it is generalised, or just in the arms or legs. It is an award-winning sequence with proven benefits. For the best results, I suggest booking several treatments initially, each a week apart.

Chose a full foot treatment with a mini facial reflexology session or Indian head massage, or a full facial reflexology treatment with power reflexology on the feet or Indian head massage. 

90 Minute Combo
