Sophie is kind and calm and empathetic. Listens with intent to what ever you chose to share with her. The chat, the session and the massage left me feeling better in mind, body and spirit than I have in years (and that was after my first appointment). She even phoned the next morning with an idea she had thought of overnight that may help me and typed up a letter to take to my GP. Amazing service and highly recommend.

Just what I needed after a 4-5 month break, hindsight I wished I’d given myself permission to continue sessions as I wouldn’t have felt so stuck and broken, yet 2 hours later lighter and very much grateful, my body accepted a massive break and instead of I thought back in a few weeks, body happy to see Sophie in 8!
