A unique and holistic approach to facial massage based on the old Japanese tradition, Kobido (“the ancient way of beauty”). Using a combination of rhythmic and vigorous hand movements, gentle acupressure, and stretching techniques to address specific areas of the face, neck, and décolletage we aim to promote a natural lift, reawakening your natural radiance.

This Holistic Face Massage ritual was designed to lift not only your face, but also spirit - and leave you feeling grounded, rejuvenated and nourished.

For optimal results, a series of treatment sessions spaced at regular intervals may be recommended.

Please note this treatment may not be suitable for pregnant woman or those with skin conditions such as rosacea, severe eczema, or acne.  There is a minimum stand down period of 3 weeks for botox, 3 months for fillers and 7 months for surgical facelifts.

Harmony Massage

A treatment massage to help alleviate sore muscles and ease tension, this massage is best if you have something specific to focus on. Improves flexibility and range of motion. 

Balance Massage

Pregnancy massage is a nurturing and nourishing treatment for expectant Mama. Improving overall health and wellbeing through her journey. Helps to reduce stress and minimize swelling in the legs and feet. Each treatment is tailored to your ever-changing body to help you feel the most comfortable. Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Mama Massage

​Myofascial release is performed directly on the skin with no oil. This treatment consists of slow stretching movements, engaging the skin and fascia. We work to create space and accessibility in the tissue. A medium pressure is applied, the client should experience a gentle pulling sensation. Helps with increasing myofascial mobility and glideablitily between muscles, managing pain and restriction as well as having a relaxing effect on the nervous system. This type of work is done at the pace your body allows, it is generally very slow, the client should feel a stretching or pulling sensation. 

Please make sure you don't apply any moisturiser to your body before this session.

Myofascial Release

A blissful way to end any treatment and melt into complete relaxation. This indulgent add on focuses on relieving tension in the face, improving circulation and reaching an overall sense of wellbeing. 

ADD ON ONLY - Face Massage

If you are curious about Myofascial Release and want to try it out to soften things before your massage this is the add on for you. 

We will be working on the superficial fascia to create space and accessibility within the tissue. This treatment is designed to give you a sense of what Myofascial work feels like and the results we can achieve. Myofascial Release uses no oil or medium, to better engage with the fascia and create a stretching in the area. 

Only available as an add on to another treatment, not to be booked on its own.
