Regarding the scalp analysis, we offer this as part of our advanced packages. The treatment booked did not include this service, apologies if this wasn't clear. 

Regarding the blow-dry, while it is priced at an additional £10, this also includes an extra 15 minutes added to the service. Depending on hair length, we always ensure to provide an extended massage or additional care before the blow-dry to enhance your experience.

Lovely experience, really enjoyed all the different techniques used. Very friendly and relaxing. Would have been nice to tell me about my scalp before and after treatment as I know other companies do this. Wouldn't pay £10 for the blow dry. 

Dao was incredibly welcoming, kind and put me right at ease as soon as she opened the door. I had the Harmony treatment and it is worth every single penny.
