This service is an individualized experience that allows players to receive 1-2-1 time with our coach's, working on areas that players needs extra work on. This session format maximizes the amount of touches players get on the ball, and allows our coach's to focus all of their attention on the details surrounding the players execution of the skills being worked on. Each hour-long session is designed to challenge the players technical, tactical, physical, and psychological understanding of the game. We welcome & encourage parent and player input through regular interaction to ensure we are meeting your individual needs.

A Small Group Session is a service that has between 2 and 4 players that book together to participate as a group. This session format allows our trainers to introduce combination play whilst still being able to focus on the finer details of individual execution of the areas that are being worked on. These sessions help players build strong partnerships, and compete against one another in a competitive, yet functional environment.

A Development Session is a service that allows players of all ability levels to book as individuals, and come together as a group to work on a specific topic. These topic based development sessions can have a maximum of 10 players per class. This group size allows team activities to be incorporated into the training with a heavy emphasis on competition, regardless of topic. In these larger group sizes, our coach's can introduce more information about tactical awareness into the practice. On any given session, players of all ability levels and from diverse backgrounds can come together to create a vibrant learning environment with a high intensity.
