Rahanni Celestial Healing - 60 Minutes

Reiki Level 1, known as Shoden meaning “first teaching”, is the beginning of your Reiki journey. This training introduces you to the foundations of Reiki and helps you connect with the Reiki energy for self-healing and supporting others.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that encourages relaxation, balance and wellbeing. Level 1 focuses on your own healing and developing awareness of your energy and intuition.

After completing this training, you will be able to practise Reiki on yourself as well as friends and family. No previous experience is required.
