A 2hs container with Amparo on service with body-sound-emotional work to re-connect with the joy and the gratitude of being you.

Assisted by the medicine of the Cacao or the Rose (depending in which one you prefer, or suggested by me after an interview), we open a sacred space drinking the medicine in the shape of elixir. An oracle will offer you a card in resonance with the “here&now” and after a heart-sharing moment  and somatic voice-bodywork, we give space to a 75m full body massage with cacao/almond or rose/almond oil, finishing with a singing blessing.


Heart Alchemy Bodywork Session

A swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.

The various swedish massage techniques are designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles, and make you feel more relaxed.

Unlike deep tissue massage, Swedish massage therapy uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This adjustment of pressure makes it an ideal massage for relaxation.

Best known for soothing tight muscles and boosting well-being, Swedish massage also offers a whole host of other health benefits, including:
    easing muscular strain by flushing out toxins
    improving blood circulation and blow flow throughout the body
    helping to keep ligaments and tendons supple and improving range of motion
    reducing emotional and physical stress
    easing back pain and chronic pain.

Thai Massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure and Ayurveda principles assisted by manual manipulation of the soft body tissues (muscles, connective tissues, tendons and ligaments) to enhance the overall general health and well-being of the beneficiary.

It consists of rhythmic compression and stretches along the Sen energy lines within the body to bring balance and harmony to it. This therapy encourages release of muscular tensions, increases flexibility and mobility of joints, boosts immune system and promotes mental health.

The use of pressure points and muscle stretching in a rhythmic motion enables maximum benefit from the positive flow of energy and blood circulation. The therapist uses their combined body leverage, weight and techniques to release the stress and tensions encouraging the flow of positive energy throughout the body.

Work with Amparo one-on-one in a 2 hous container.

We’ll move through ceremonial Singing as a method for calling in the messages, teachings, and forms that will serve you in the highest way.
Our time together is utterly focused; it’s your time, for you to connect with your internal teacher, with your allies, and to all the parts of yourself that need to be seen and heard.

What you speak into the circle is given our presence and full attention. Your words serve as arrows pointing you into the feeling place of what you’re exploring. This is what informs the precise combination of exercises and melodies that come through.
These creative singing exercises and songs are your personally prescribed content that you can take home with you as a recording, if you wish. You can continue to work with your personal Singing Set to bolster what we move together in ceremony.
Space for heart shares, movement, meditation, and reflection.
We will open with a tea ritual (rose or cacao).

Voice & Singing Ceremonial Session

3 or 6 months of personal practice alliance.
1:1 Training in the voice awakening and the art of Singing.
One in-person Ceremonial Practice each month.

This is private mentorship better described as an alliance. Here, we’ll meet for an hour weekly—1:1. One session each month is set aside for ceremonial practice, during which we’ll drop in with heart shares in form of words & songs & drum & voice improvs for you to be witnessed.

With frequent sessions one on one, this is a thorough training for the refinement of your sound & vocal expression, here for you if you’re ready to meet the work of practice face first and heart open.

 
Let’s create a practice of courage in which we witness the fears, wounds, and stories around singing and sounding, taking the leap into the unknown in a safe container.

A program of study designed with your highest good at heart, with the intention of meeting yourself and your Self through sound, songs, words, & movement.
