Ryan is amazing and a great help
About
Ryan O'Grady is a qualified Massage Therapist with a background as a Personal Trainer, Sports Coach and Wellness Coach. His Deep Tissue Massage treatments have a focus on injury rehabilitation, mobility, pain reduction, improved range of movement and injury prevention. Recently Ryan and his family relocated to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland for a slower life, after running a successful Gym and Wellness Studio in Toowoomba.
