The Mother Nurture massage aims to relieve tension related to the growing and changing body; including leg cramps, lower back tension, hip and pelvic aches. While massage during pregnancy can alleviate the physical tensions of the body, a deeper sense of mother-baby connection is also strengthened as you take the time to slow down, breathe deep and rest.
Please note:
