I had my first session with Selina at Acupuncture Nest St. Leonard’s today. Not only did Selina make me feel at ease and very comfortable (being 34 weeks pregnant) she was very informative and shared her wealth of knowledge regarding labor, the birth experience and the benefits of acupuncture. Will be returning here and definitely recommend..

Found the acupuncture in hopes of starting labour since I was “overdue” (41 weeks and 3 days) very effective! Signs started after treatment Thursday afternoon, and baby born at home Saturday 3:27 am. Impressed and grateful!:).
