 LCTA) and Clinical Nutritionist (from ION) for the last 25 years. I am based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

I specialise in fertility, pre-conceptual care, IVF support, and miscarriage. Acupuncture has shown in several studies that it helps to improve the blood flow to the womb, ovaries and reproductive organs, helps to balance hormones, reduce stress, support IVF at different stages, and help with prevention
 of miscarriages. It helps to balance body and mind.

I have been working as a Clinical Nutritionist (from ION) and Acupuncturist (from LCTA) for the last 25 years. I am based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

During the nutritional consultation a detailed assessment is made of nutritional status, health history, current lifestyle, major stresses, and other factors which may be influencing the health. Based on that I design  a nutritional programme that is specifically tailored to your needs, one that is realistic and can fit into the lifestyle. I also provide menus for breakfasts, lunches and evening meals for several days to make it as easy as possible for the suggested diet to be put into practice.The planned diet helps to rebalance the system, help weight, help balance hormones, as food is a powerful healer and the body has an amazing ability to repair itself.
