Abyss Contrast Therapy

Experience the ultimate relaxation and detoxification experience by yourself or with a friend in our Infrared Sauna. The Sauna offers the perfect space to unwind, listen to your favourite music/podcast all whilst sweating out toxins and experiencing the many benefits of infrared therapy.

Please bring your own towel to sit on and something to keep you hydrated throughout your appointment. It is highly recommended to bring a second dry towel after RINSE shower which is included in session.

We will set Sauna to desired temperature on request prior to appointment.

To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and to allow the next client to receive their full appointment time, we kindly ask that you are dressed and packed up by the end of your appointment time.

This appointment gives you access to the ice bath for up to 20 minutes,  We provide a range of water temperatures, catering for both beginners and experienced ice bathers! We have two baths ranging from 3-10 degrees!

A cold or hot shower is available for the duration of your appointment. Please BYO towel
