I am a braider that is very serious about my work and provides quality service. Appointment Policy In order to secure an appointment a $25 non-refundable deposit* is required within 24hrs of your request. If the deposit is not paid within this timeframe, the selected date and time request may no longer be available. All appointments are on first come first served basis. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment and the salon address * THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS I CANCELED. For safety and liability purposes NO ADDITIONAL GUEST AND/OR KIDS* ARE ALLOWED. If you have any questions please text me at 904-696-3474 *Unless services are being rendered If I’m 15 minutes or later I will give you $5 off. Late and Cancellation Policy There is a 20 minutes late fee of $15. After 30 minutes your appointments is canceled. Deposits are non-transferable to another party or a new appointment. Operation Hours of Service (appointment start times)* Closed Sundays and Mondays Tuesday: 9am - 4pm* Wednesday: 12pm - 4pm* Thursday-Saturday: 7am- 4pm* *Please Note: Styles requiring 6HRS+ (micro plaits, micro braids, or waist length+ longer braid styles) are not available to be set 3pm or later Hair Maintenance Policy All chemical and natural hair types: Please come with your hair washed and blown out *** **Unable to service hair with additional oils, glue or any build up of hair products** **Wash/Blow out services are available for an additional $20 ***Blow out only $15 Hair Supply I will supply the hair for Box and Knotless braids, Senegalese twist or cornrows in any length for the following SOLID colors #1 #1b #2, 27, and 30 Hair is not provided for any other colors not listed for kinky twist or micros plaits. Kid Services Services are rendered for kids age 6 and older
