Absolutely incredible from start to finish! Anastasiia was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. I’d just finished a 72-hour EEG, and she carefully checked my scalp before starting. The waterfall rinse, gentle exfoliation, steam, masks and hand & feet massage were pure bliss, I almost fell asleep! She even picked out the last bits of electrode glue while blow-drying my hair. I left feeling completely relaxed, with gorgeous, clean hair. Such thoughtful care! 10/10, I’ll be back! ❤️
