I’ve already been here a few times, and every time it was really good. During my last visit, the barber usually took much more time with the details on my beard, and normally at the end there’s always a hot towel, a wipe, and a massage device, which was very enjoyable. But today I didn’t get any of that. It’s a shame because I think those details are important from a marketing/customer experience perspective.
