Tracy stands out for her ability to create a welcoming environment, making clients feel right at home during their visits. Many express satisfaction with her haircutting skills, noting that they leave with a perfect cut and a bounce in their hair after a blow dry. The salon itself is described as relaxing, where clients can enjoy friendly chats while receiving services like keratin blow dry treatments and full head foils.

Difficulty finding shop, had to use Google maps as the sign above shop is not the same as online. Had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen but the lady was really nice and was very particular when cutting and styling my hair because she wanted to get it right.
