A full body massage is a deeply relaxing treatment that works on the entire body, from head to toe, it is designed to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension. The session typically begins with soothing movements to relax and warm up the muscles, followed by targeted pressure to release tension in key areas such as the back, shoulders, legs, and arms, but also including the hands and feet. Finishing off with an extremely relaxing head and face massage. This massage improves circulation, reduces muscle stiffness, promotes relaxation, and enhances overall well-being. It also helps relieve stress, improve sleep quality, and boost energy levels, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

For many, the upper body holds physical stress from their daily routine, workouts, or everyday posture challenges.  This back and shoulder massage  focuses on relieving tension and stress in the upper body, targeting  the neck, shoulders, and upper back. I use a combination of gentle strokes and deeper pressured techniques, using the hands, forearms and albows where necessary to ease muscle stiffness, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This treatment can help to reduce stress, alleviate headaches, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being

Using a combination of deep, slow, and rhythmic pressure or friction, this technique targets specific areas with a much deeper pressure than other massage techniques. This treatment uses focused pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia, helping to break up tight knots, reduce inflammation, and restore natural movement.  
Deep Tissue Massage is for clients who wish to treat muscle and tendon injuries, pain and stiffness in major muscle groups. 
Trigger Point Therapy may also be used after a discussion between client and therapist.

Relax and rejuvenate with this deeply hydrating facial, designed to cleanse, nourish, and restore your skin’s natural glow. Using the most natural skincare products with no chemicals 🌿

Your treatment begins with a gentle double cleanse to remove impurities and prepare the skin. This is followed by toning to rebalance and refine.

Exfoliation then removes dull, dead skin cells, revealing a smoother, brighter complexion. A sheet mask is applied to help calm the skin whilst you enjoy a gentle shoulder massage and the lymph nodes are cleared ready for the main focus -  a targeted face massage with Lymphatic Drainage to boost circulation, enhance your skins natural radiance and reduce puffiness.

Wood Therapy is a natural, non-invasive treatment using specially designed wooden tools to target muscles and soft tissue. Rhythmic, sculpting movements help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and can help to support lymphatic drainage, encouraging the body to reduce fluid retention.
