Sophie has cut my hair for 20 years. Struggling with sensory issues myself and always feeling uncomfortable with people touching my head. I cannot recommend this woman enough. She’s accommodating and understanding. With knowledge out of this world. This on top of being the best trim in the Stoke on Trent and Newcastle area is a blessing. I’ve always moved around the country but always travel back no matter how far for those talented hands and the magic she’s able to create. Much love and 1000000% recommend
