After having not visited a salon for 9 years and not having my hair cut or coloured in over 10 months I was definitely over due a proper cut and colour. I was recommended Louise Lambell by a friend and can really understand why. On entry all staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. Throughout my entire appointment, Shen was wonderful, talking me through the whole process and when I showed her the inspiration picture she achieved what I didn’t think was possible. I left the salon feeling amazing. Shen was truly lovely-chatting was an ease and she is truly talented! Thankyou so much!
