Indian Head Massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck, shoulders and back. It aims to rebalance your body's energies.

Indian Head Massage

An hour's full body massage, ending with half an hour of a blissful Indian head massage, for a wonderfully relaxing 90 minutes total treatment time.
As with all treatments, I will discuss with you at the start of your treatment if these timings are suited to you.  I can adapt the length of either of these to provide you with exactly what you need.

Full body massage & Indian head massage

Indulge in a rejuvenating experience that combines the soothing benefits of an aromatherapy massage with a holistic facial using organic products. 

Over the course of 90 minutes, choose between a full body massage for an hour and a 30 minute facial, or maybe opt for a 30 to 45 minute back massage followed by a relaxing facial. 
Before your session begins, we will discuss your preferences to ensure the treatment is perfectly tailored to meet your needs. Enjoy the ultimate relaxation as you nourish both your body and skin.

Back massage & Indian head massage

Experience a soothing treatment designed to enhance the appearance of scars. I use nourishing essential oils to promoting hydration and relaxation while improving circulation and lymphatic flow. By delivering essential nutrients to the area, scar massage encourages the healing process and aids in regenerating skin. 

As a holistic approach, this therapy not only addresses movement and mobility but also recognises any discomfort associated with your scar. Particularly effective on immature scars (less than two years old), this treatment can still provide benefits for older scars, helping to reduce tissue buildup and make scars less noticeable.
