Sam was very professional and encouraging. He listened to my concerns, talked me through them and came up with solutions that made me feel comfortable. I however found the treatment room a tad subpar- from the bed to the fan which is quite low and dirty (the fan is not well positioned to get to your face when having a procedure such as a chemical peel which stings). The steamer as well is such that you have to keep turning your face for proper coverage. All in all, whilst the service provider is great, the treatment room needs a total upgrade to make for a holistic experience.

It was an okay experience. He was tired and exhausted because the company is short staffed. He went ahead with my treatment out of courtesy.
