Clients appreciate the supportive environment during psychotherapy consultations, with one noting the therapist's ability to listen without judgment and provide valuable advice. The big sister approach adopted by the psychologist encourages personal growth and challenges clients to step out of their comfort zones, making each session a meaningful experience.
