Thai massage is a traditional healing practice from Thailand that combines assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression to relax the body and improve flexibility.

Unlike many Western massages where you lie on a table and oils are used, Thai massage is performed on a padded mat on the floor while you remain fully clothed. The therapist uses their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and sometimes feet to gently press and stretch the body through a series of yoga-like movements.

Hot stone massage therapy is a type of massage in which the massage therapist massages your whole body with hot stones that provide heat therapy to the muscles, which can help reduce tension and pain.  The heat of the stones penetrates the skin to promote better blood flow, release toxins, and create a deeper muscle relaxation than in a standard massage.
