Lauren was great with My daughter and showed so much patience, understanding and kindness throughout her appointment. She took the time to make her feel comfortable and didn’t rush her. It was lovely to have someone who understood her needs and made the whole experience positive and stress-free. Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back!

She worked so well with my son who is so energetic and wont sit still. Also made it in to a game for him to be more comfortable and to cut his hair a bit at a time.

Lauren is amazing, she is incredibly patient, kind and engaging with my little boy who has some sensory and behavioural needs. She is very calm and professional but keeps the experience relaxed and fun. She handles the meltdowns and big emotions in her stride and does a brilliant job. Highly recommend!
