Back, Neck & Shoulders

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, which are believed to correspond with different areas and systems of the body. Following a brief consultation, your treatment is tailored to your individual needs, encouraging deep relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting the body's natural ability to restore balance. Many clients find reflexology helps them feel calmer, more refreshed, and promotes an overall sense of wellbeing.

Reflexology

A deeply relaxing massage of the head, neck, and shoulders that helps relieve tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation. This treatment can ease headaches, release tight muscles, and promote mental clarity. This massage can be done on a bed or in a seated position.

Indian Head Massage

A deeply relaxing treatment designed to cleanse away product build-up, rebalance the scalp, and condition the hair. Using carefully selected products, the scalp is gently washed and conditioning treatments are applied to nourish both the scalp and lengths. The experience is finished with a rough blow dry.

Warm flowing water cascades over the scalp while slow, rhythmic massage eases tension. The treatment can also include an aromatherapy steam inhalation, hair mask, and a neck, shoulder, and face massage for full-body relaxation. An optional facial can be added for a more indulgent treatment.

Not suitable for those with active scalp infections, open wounds, or inflamed skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema flare-ups, recent head injury or surgery, severe migraines triggered by touch or water, or hair extensions and styles that cannot be loosened. Swedish massage combines a variety of techniques to ease tension and improve circulation. Long, flowing strokes warm the muscles and relax the body, while kneading, rolling, and lifting help release tightness and improve flexibility. Deeper circular movements work on knots, while rhythmic tapping and rocking can stimulate, loosen muscles and improve mobility.
