I usually visit for a back, neck and shoulders body work. Kate is always welcoming, friendly and with a smile. She asks thoughtful questions at the beginning to understand my needs. During the body work checks-in with me about the pressure and how I feel. She is really attuned and I am confident, she reads my body better than me. I always leave relaxed and so much lighter. Thank you so much Kate :)

First time visiting MASAJ and had a great experience. The front of house were not only so welcoming but absolutely stunning. Welcoming, tailored and exactly what I needed. Masaj provided a lovely experience overall. Specifically, Kate was incredible. She took the time to learn about me and understand what I needed, and then tailored my massage based on that knowledge. I left feeling more like myself than I have in a really long time, largely because Kate helped my nervous system to regulate. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and grounded in reality. Cannot recommend her enough.
