I booked a haircut, wash, and style before a concert and specifically asked for a bouncy blowout that would last throughout the evening. My hair looked great when I left the salon, but unfortunately, within about 20 minutes of getting home, the curls had completely fallen and my hair had become quite frizzy. I was really disappointed because I had booked the appointment specifically to have my hair styled for the concert and ended up having to redo it myself while rushing to get ready. I also tried calling the salon as soon as I got home to let them know what happened, but no one answered.
