Known Kai Fong for a while now as I had another Personal trainer before this as all of the trainers are really friendly. After she left Kai Fong became my PT. He’s a very dedicated and patient coach who takes the time to explain to you the technicalities of each workout and what you should focus on to prevent injuries by performing in the correct form. If you like someone who is professional and personable without being intimidating, Kai Fong is a great choice!
