I had been suffering with neck pain for a few weeks, hoping it would clear up with anti-inflammatories and exercise. While that helped, I really wanted to avoid depending on medication. Jess was extremely thorough and truly knows her stuff. She carefully assessed my posture and stance, immediately picking up on my hypermobility. She walked me through the root cause of the problem, addressed the issues expertly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I left with fantastic advice and valuable information. Jess is an absolute wealth of knowledge, and I couldn't recommend her more!

Fantastic! Jess was super helpful, supportive, and intuitive. Really helped me feel more confident about what my body needs and how to communicate with it. Jess was also very accessible in language and I always felt like I understood what was going on and what a good care plan would look like. Love love love how advice was given through the lens of neurodiverse and hyper-mobile bodies so I could actually engage with the advice in a way that worked for me and my body - never been able to access physio language in the same way before, game changing! Thanks again! Will definitely be back :D
