Harmonie Ruttan

Very friendly staff, and nice salon, but my haircut was nothing outstanding. I was hoping for a “new look”, but I basically left with the exact same haircut I had before, but slightly trimmed. Disappointing as I had much higher expectations given their high price point for a simple wash, cut, style.
