Gina is exceptional at what she does. Every session feels tailored. She instinctively finds exactly where I’m holding tension and works through it with precision and care. You can tell she really understands the body, not just following a routine but actually listening to what you need. I consistently leave feeling noticeably better, looser, and more relaxed.
