The Remedial Massage

A soothing + considerate, full-body massage designed to calm the nervous system, melt away tension, and ease both physical and emotional stress. Gentle, flowing strokes help to increase circulation, release tightness, and restore balance to body and mind.

Perfect for those seeking deep relaxation, inner stillness, and a moment to fully unwind from the motion of day to day.

The Relaxation Massage

Revitalise your skin as gentle light energy encourages natural renewal and stimulates collagen and elastin production. Supporting your body’s own regenerative processes, this treatment is perfect for anti-ageing and visible skin rejuvenation.  Palo Santo cleanse & moisturiser provided.

Red LED Light (640nm/1-6mm) // Rejuvenates the complexion and reduces wrinkles
Use this laser focus to target cells beneath the skin’s surface, stimulating them to produce new collagen to reduce wrinkles and fight acne-causing bacteria.

Green LED Light (532nm/0.5-2mm) // Deeply repairs and brightens the skin

LED Light Therapy

Perfect for a quick escape from the demands of work and life, this express treatment helps you recharge and feel your best, even in the midst of a busy schedule.
Our saunas are full-spectrum and fitted with LED chromotherapy. 
For your session you will be provided with a complimentary towel, a carafe of filtered water and optional use of an ipad.

Sauna Temperature:  between 45°C and 68°C.

Shower facilities are provided for pre, during or post-sauna rinse.

Suggestions: Wear comfortable loose clothing, water bottle, sauna hat, hair wrap towel, book, kindle, massage ball, journal, bag for wet items.

*Note The Calm Sauna is a curtained entrance.
