Absolute bliss as always! I had the bamboo and hot stone massage with Gayle and as always she popped in some extras as she worked through the treatment. I benefitted from lymphatic drainage massage and left feeling completely relaxed and balanced again. Already looking forward to my next treatment and the magic hands of Gayle!

Had a very relaxing time with Gayle left all my worries at the door and enjoyed the pampering I had a tai foot and leg massage which was just what I needed it was my first time at Balance and Bliss and I will definitely be back there are so many treatments to choose from Gayle offers great advice looking forward to my next visit

Regularly visit gayle for treatments and I always feel so much better and in better place when I leave . She’s a beautiful soul whom I will continue with . Would definitely recommend visiting for a treatment X

The cool cocoon with Gayle was a beautiful experience! From the moment I arrived I felt cherished. The scrub was almost ritualistic, it felt amazing. The massage was sooooo good, I really needed it! The facial was refreshing and light. The smells of everything Gayle used were fantastic … I’m actually missing the smells today! Gayle is such a beautiful nurturing soul 🥰
