Emily creates a truly relaxing experience, with clients describing her facials and massages as nothing short of magical. Many appreciate her friendly demeanor and professionalism, noting that she leaves skin feeling refreshed and glowing after treatments like the Birdcage Signature Facial. Regulars enjoy their time in her care, often referring to the salon as their 'happy place' where they can unwind and indulge in pampering.

Watching my son's beautiful skin go from baby face to spotty-dotty almost overnight is... sad. This is the second time I have taken him to Emily for a blemish focused facial... and while he couldn't get out quick enough the first time... this time I actually felt she got through to him. She 'guyed' it all down for him... no froo-froo or fluff... just facts, an easy routine suggestion and we were on our way. Thanks Em... see you in Hawaii xx
