I would highly recommend Claudia at In Body Practices - she is an incredibly knowledgeable practitioner, and every session feels like a safe & supportive space. She is deeply intentional in everything she does, which really sets her apart. I’ve been numerous times, and her massage treatments, along with her guidance on training, have been invaluable in helping me recover from injury and get back to feeling strong again.

Claudia was great. She asked me what I wanted to focus on, checked pressure and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The massage really helped and I would highly recommend.
