This treatment is ideal as a one-off reset when you need some time for yourself, or as a gentle introduction to acupuncture if you’ve never experienced it before.

Your treatment is tailored to you on the day, using acupuncture points selected according to how you are feeling and what you need most. The intention is to calm the mind, release tension and encourage your body to shift out of a state of stress and into a more relaxed, restorative state.

Your treatment is tailored to you on the day, with acupuncture points selected according to how you’re feeling and what your body needs. The aim is to support your natural energy, promote a sense of vitality and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. 

This treatment is ideal if you’re experiencing:

Low energy or sluggishness 
Feeling run down
Depleted after a busy or demanding period
Difficulty feeling motivated or switched on
The need for a little boost and some time to recharge
